In contrast to QXO building products distribution company Chairman and CEO Brad Jacobs famous book titled “HOW TO MAKE A FEW BILLION DOLLARS”, on the attached web site through the link below, author and construction industry consultant and trainer Larry Burtis reveals to building product distribution company leaders “HOW TO RECAPTURE A FEW BILLION DOLLARS” worth of annually unordered roofing and related building products resulting from property & casualty insurance companies well known practice of unfairly underpaying and denying billions of dollars-worth of legitimate property damage claims payments owed to many thousands of their insured commercial and residential property owners every year.

Food for thought…with the Vs picture above enlarged, you’ll see two particular quotes.  The first quote shown on the cover of Jacobs book on the left from Home Depot co-founder Ken Langone reads as follows:  “Brad Jacobs explains his Midas touch for creating spectacular shareholder returns.”  The first quote shown on the cover of Burtis’ “book” on the right from restoration contractor Cory Edwards reads as follows:  “I have gotten my pricing back where I wanted it and almost doubled my yearly net profits.  I would highly recommend this to any contractor who is tired of underpriced insurance companies.”

Key point?  By getting properly trained on how the insurance claims repair recovery process should really work, contractors are able to order all of the building products needed to complete the repairs from their building product distributors which, in turn, naturally increases the distribution companies profits, and therefore, the value of the shares held by the building products distribution companies investors.  M&A’s may have their place but it is the advanced training that, when distributed to their contractor customer “sales force”, truly makes the difference.

In his writing on the subject matter, Burtis defines the insurance industry mindset that drives their far too often corrupt practices and reveals to insured property owners, property damage restoration contractors, and institutional and individual (public and private) investors what roofing and related building product distribution company leadership must do now in order to recapture those billions of dollars-worth of previously unordered building products.  Only when that goal is achieved, will those building product distribution company investors who have entrusted their hard earned money to any of the building products distribution companies mentioned on the website, be able to honestly and truly achieve maximum ROI.
